Concerts of traditional music from the Catalan world & further afield, plus music & dance workshops.

The Center Artesà Tradicionàrius (C.A.T.) was created in 1993 based on the initiative of the TRAM Cultural Association (formed by musicians and people interested in the promotion of traditional Catalan music and culture) and the proposal of the Barcelona City Council to assume the management of one of the civic centers of the public sector of the city (L’Artesà, in the Gràcia neighborhood). At that time TRAM had accumulated a notable organizational experience after five editions of the Tradicionàrius Festival, the most important exhibition of traditional music in Catalan-speaking countries.
